KimiPark processes deletion requests immediately when they are received, so there is no pending queue. If you reached this page from a deletion request, the data described below has already been removed.
What was deleted
When a deletion request is received for a connected Instagram or Threads account, KimiPark removes:
- the access tokens issued for that account;
- the account identifier and username we stored to show you the publishing destination;
- the tracking rows and performance metrics for posts published to that account through KimiPark.
Videos, scripts, and other material you created inside KimiPark are your own content and are not received from Meta, so a platform deletion request does not remove them. To delete those as well, use the contact address below.
Your confirmation code
A deletion request returns a confirmation code. Keep it if you want to ask us about that specific request — quote it in your email and we will look it up.
Requesting deletion yourself
- Inside KimiPark: disconnect the account. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens immediately.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove KimiPark.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Websites and apps → remove KimiPark.
- By email: write to the address below from the address associated with your KimiPark account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once the data has been removed.
