Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how KimiPark ("KimiPark", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use our web application at kimipark.com (the "Service"), including when you connect your TikTok, Instagram, or Threads account to publish videos. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

KimiPark is a web application that helps creators produce short-form videos and publish them to their own social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:

• TikTok account information. When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's Login Kit (OAuth) and receive a unique account identifier (open ID) and your TikTok display name. We use this solely to confirm which account a video will be published to.
• TikTok access tokens. We receive and store the access and refresh tokens that TikTok issues so that we can carry out the upload and publish actions you request. We never see or store your TikTok password.
• Instagram / Threads account information. When you connect an Instagram professional account or a Threads profile, we use Meta's OAuth flow and receive an account identifier and username. We use these solely to show you which account a video will be published to. We do not read your follower list, your direct messages, or the posts of other accounts.
• Instagram / Threads access tokens. We receive and store the access tokens Meta issues so we can carry out the publish action you request. Tokens are encrypted at rest. We never see or store your Instagram, Threads, or Facebook password.
• Metrics for posts you published through KimiPark. After a post is published, we read that post's own performance figures (such as views, reach, likes, and comments) so we can show them back to you inside KimiPark. We read metrics only for posts published through KimiPark, and we show them only to you.
• Content you create. The video files, captions, and settings (such as the privacy level) that you produce inside KimiPark and choose to publish.
• Basic usage data. Standard technical logs (such as timestamps and error records) used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• Authenticate you and display your connected account name so you can confirm the correct destination before publishing.
• Upload a video you created to TikTok and, when you confirm, publish it to your own TikTok profile using the video.upload and video.publish scopes.
• Publish a video you created to your own Instagram professional account as a Reel, using the instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish permissions, or to your own Threads profile using the threads_basic and threads_content_publish permissions. Each publish is a separate action that you start for one specific video.
• Read the performance of the Instagram posts you published through KimiPark, using the instagram_business_manage_insights permission. We read metrics only for those posts, and we show them only to you.
• Show you how your own posts performed, using the metrics described above.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Every publishing action is initiated by you and affects only your own account. We never post on behalf of an account you have not connected, and we do not schedule or auto-post without you starting each publish. We do not use TikTok, Instagram, or Threads data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We transmit the video and metadata you choose to publish to the API of the platform you selected — TikTok, Instagram, or Threads — in order to complete your request, in accordance with that platform's terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep the access tokens and account identifier for a connected account only for as long as that account remains connected to KimiPark. This applies equally to TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.

How to delete your data. You can disconnect an account inside KimiPark at any time; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and account information for that account immediately. To request deletion of all of your data, email [email protected] from the address associated with your KimiPark account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once the data has been removed.

6. How to revoke access

You can revoke KimiPark's access at any time from the platform itself:

• TikTok: account settings → Security & privacy → Apps and websites / Manage app permissions.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Websites and apps.

You can also disconnect the account inside KimiPark at any time. Revoking or disconnecting immediately stops any further access to that account and deletes the tokens we stored for it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
